The rescue, step by step
From a dead panel back to a working one.
Watch the keypad as you scroll. This is roughly how a C-Bus rescue runs: we connect, diagnose the network, rebuild the lost programming, and bring your scenes and schedules back to life.
Switches do nothing. Scenes are gone.
You press a keypad and nothing happens. Maybe a whole room is out, maybe the touchscreen is blank. It feels like the house has lost its brain, and the trades you call won't go near it.
We connect and diagnose the network.
We plug into the C-Bus network with Clipsal C-Bus Toolkit and read what's actually there. Unit by unit, we find the real cause: a dead power supply, a failed keypad, an address clash, or lost programming.
The project comes back, even with no files.
C-Bus keeps its programming in the units themselves. We read the configuration back off the live bus and reconstruct the project from scratch, then repair or replace the one unit that actually failed.
Scenes, schedules and labels restored.
The warm light returns. Your scenes fire, the schedules run, the keypads are relabelled, and you get the project file. We can stay on as your standing C-Bus contact so you're never stranded again.
